But 

i can't send and receive data in HMI in simulation

i can connect HMI to PLC with profibus But i can't connect in profinet...

For what I can see in the document you joined with your post you want to start and stop a motor via the HMI.

For this, you have to click on your HMI button > Properties > Events and choose these function:

Press: Set bit > Choose your PLC tag via the "..." button

Release: Reset bit Choose your PLC tag via the "..." button (The same one)

There should now have a HMI connection between your PLC and HMI in the menu "Connections" of your HMI.

You should also have this connection in the Tags list of your HMI for the tags coming from the PLC.

Download this to PLC and HMI and it should work.

If you have a password to access your PLC, you must enter it in the properties of your HMI connection.

If you have more questions, do not hesitate.

is the HMI Simulated?
If yes then check the Settings of PG/PC Interface in then Windows Control Panel.
For S7ONLINE ysou must select the NetworkCard which is connected from the PC to the PLC.
