Thanks for your reply. S7300 Station (PN-IOX300) is said to be called multiple times. I have attached topology network, there I cannot see any multiple/same names among devices. 

Please refer below  information. This information is in detail. I have also attached snap shots for reference. 

We have S71500 PLC (CPU1511-1PN 6ES7511-1FK02-0AB0) FW Version V2.6.0 with device name "s71500" along with this we are using S7300 (6ES7315-2EH14-0AB0 V4) with firmware version V3.2.8 and device name "PN-IOX300". The IP address for CPU 1500 and CPU 300 are 172.19.0.10 and 172.19.3.10 respectively. Both have common subnet mask 255.255.224.0. The IP address for Scalance S602 is 172.19.0.150 and subnet mask 255.255.224.0. The device name of Scalance S602 is Module1.

We are trying to communicate these PLC in two modes. First I Device mode and second is GET-PUT. In I Device mode *.gsd file of S7300 is created as I Device and is called in TIAV15 software. Topology is made as per below:

S71500 Port P1----------------> External Port P1-----------> Internal Port P2------------------------> S7300 Port P1. The topology is in profinet.

While communicating through Scalance S602 in I Device mode we are not able to exchange data between S71500 and S7300 on both directions. We are getting error in S71500 as " IO-Device Failure- Profinet Device Name Exist Multiple Times". This error is related to PN-IOX300. Snapshot of diagnostic buffer is attached.  During this we are able to exchange data between S71500 and S7300 with Scalance S602 using GET-PUT. Topology snap shot is attached for this.

Now if we remove Scalance S602 and connect both cables in Ethernet switch, we are able to exchange data between S71500 and S7300 in both modes i.e. I Device mode and using GET-PUT. Topology is made as per below. Topology snap shot is attached for this.

S71500 Port P1----------------> Normal Ethernet Switch------------------------> S7300 Port P1.

Data exchange snap shots are also attached, these snapshots will tell that data exchange is possible in I Device mode as well as using GET-PUT without using Scalance S602.

Data exchange is not possible in I Device mode but possible using GET-PUT with Scalance S602.

Diagnostic Buffer from S7300 side with and without S602 is also attached.

Please let us know why " IO-Device Failure- Profinet Device Name Exist Multiple Times" is coming since there are only three  device in topology and all devices have different names. Is there any other configuration required in TIA side or in Simatic manager side to achieve communication?

While configuring S 602 I have also refer manual provided by Siemens.
