Profinet IO Device Diagnostics error 8083 on SFC51

Hi all, So far I succedded to make most of SFC51 SSL_ID's to work. But not SSL_ID 0x00B1 as to get module diagnostics. Maybe I am not getting the INDEX right. OK. But I want to make the PN IO device Diagnostics to run and him is giving exactly same error. And I guess he should put the right index, right? So, who knows how to make the PN IO DevDiagV5 to run OK and get rid for the 8083 error. or what is the index to make work SFC51 with SSL_ID 0x00B1 for any slave I have in my pictures.
