Profinet to modbus converter

El Kret Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear all i have project wich contains 14 ET200S stations and two CPUs 315-2PN/DP, the used connection are profinet. now i need to interface the profinet network to a Modbus (not Modbus TCP), Can any body help me about that.

Hi, You may use a SI Modbus module somewhere into the ET 200S, the module have the number 6ES7138-4DF11-0AB0. SIMATIC DP, ELECTRONIC MODULE FOR ET 200S, 1 SI SERIAL INTERFACE ONE CHANNEL, 15MM WIDE RS232/422, 485 MODBUS/USS With this module you could easely communicate with Modbus RTU protocol.
