Hello Juan; For transmission of Profinet over fiber optic cable, why don't you use a F.O. switches? Have a look at Siemens Scalance X100 unmanaged switches with media converter (from copper RJ45 to multimode or single mode fiber): Note that most industrial switch manufacturers offer similar media conversion, so look at their catalogs also: Red Lion, Belden, NetGear, Moxa... We have never attempted to multiplex Video signals with Ethernet communications on a single F.O. cable, mainly because video requires so much bandwidth we always preferred using separate channels in our projects. And F.O. cable is cheap enough now to make this requirement unnecessary (signal splitters would probably cost as much as a new cable and introduces another point of failure in the system). But you can always look for special splitters and multiplexers...
