Hi, I have an S7-300TF, CU320-2, and S120s. I want to use SS1 with OFF3 ramp with a 5 second delay before STO. I believe I need to use Extended safety for this, correct? Assuming yes, I need to use Profisafe (and not safety via terminals). I set up the Profisafe addresses and the extended telegram as per theinstructionsI found in thismanual. Then I tried to set up the F-Configuration in the HW configuration (following chapter 4.8 of the same manual). When I compile, I get an error that says "Error in the F-I/O with the I/O address (67,67). The F target address is not unqiue: 1200". I understand 1200 is the automatically assigned F_Dest_Add in the Profisafe configuration for the drive with starting Profisafe address 67. I am not sure what this error means or how to fix it. What does this address need to be unique from? If I change the F_Dest_Add, this F target address also changes automatically to match and I get the same error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Hi Christoph, Thanks for the response. I created a simplified version of my project for your reference but it is still too large to upload (18mb). It contains a 317TF-2DP with safety enabled and 1 CU320-2 with 4 drives and basically no function blocks. All 4 have Extended Safety enabled and configured. If you compile the safety configuration, you will see the error I am getting. Is there another method I can use to get you the project? Otherwise, the screenshots I included might be all I can do. I originally created this simplified version of the project to try and clear out any possible interference with other addresses, but I still get the same error. I am using S7 v5.5 SP2 with Simotion Scout 4.3.1.1 and Distributed Safety v5.4 SP5. Thanks for any insight you might have. Best Regards, Kristie

Hello, Okay, I included the export here - it now gives a few extra errors but the F-Configuration ones are the important ones to solve. I wasn't sure if you needed to see the rest of my project too, but you can view that in the screenshots. Thanks, Kristie

Hello, ok this error is fixed with the F-Config V5.5 SP9 HF1. This HF you can Download here. The link provides the download for V5.5 SP10 but i haven't test this version because is no compatibility warranted from SIEMENS, so is better download the SP9 HF1 and work with it. Regards Christoph |
