Program Error while winCC starts

irb6 Bronze Member Joined: 3/15/2008 Last visit: 11/21/2024 Posts: 106 Rating: (1)	Hi all, One of our client has a strange phenomenon: After restart OS Client, durign winCC starting Windows is displaying Program Error Message Box. In this message box is possible to see: "ATKKBService.es.exe [sic!] has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." and there is only one CANCEL button on it. I found on the Internet that ATKBBService.exe is Asus Keyboard Service or is installed with ASUS nvidia drivers (Enhanced asus driver). One of solution fo avoid it is switch of this process in Windows system. Anyone has ever experienced something like that? Regards
