Program for baking oven with 2 temp sensores

I have a heatingbattery with 0-10v signal and two tempsensores. I want to regulate the heating with "Sensor 2" buth if "Sensor 1" reach for example 50 celsius, I want to decrease the heating signal. Sensor 1 will works like a overheat termostat, but not On/Off. Look at my prinsipp drawing. Attachment Baking oven.png (191 Downloads)
