Really strange. Are sure MRES was done correctly. It should delete everything. Internal or external viewer could also be a nice alternative. Look here for reference and if your MRES was done correctly How do you reset a SIMATIC S7-300 CPU and MMC (default reset or overall reset)? |
Best regards, |

Hello RAJKIRAN Doing an MRES on a 300 CPU with MMC will not help you in this case. All it does is to clear the RAM, followed by loading of the program from the MMCback into the RAM (i.e you are back to square one as they say ). You can though delete all Blocks from the MMC directly when in online view (not too sure why you say that this doesn't work) or alternatively delete the MCC contents with a Siemens PG or external Siemens USB Prommer. I hope this helps Edit: You must have just added ""The data is read only" showing .....means what.." entry to your post and it could very well explain why you can't delete the online blocks. My explanation is that the CPU (original MMC) has been password protected to only allow "read only" access. If you have the orignal program, check the CPU properties in the HW config, if there is a password remove it and download HW config again. Alternatively simply do a dummy new HWconfigithout a password and download it(in either case, you'll need to know the password to be able to do the new download). |

Follow BeVee's advise to fix this problem dear RAJKIRANand note too that you would have gotten the same advise if you'd cared to click on the "Help" button of the popup. As this secondary problem has of course nothingto do with you apparently not being able to delete the online blocks from the CPU's, the question is: What error do you get when you try to do so? Hint: Select the Blocks folder and use "View->Online" to show the online contents of the CPU (or use the shortcut icon in the menu bar). |
