Program selection via lists in 828D

I am working on 828D system for selection of program through selector switch. I have used DB1700 in PLC (as given in attached pdf) but i am unable to change the program. Program lists are entered. Can anybody help me with this regards. Please send some back up or any referance document for this in 828D system.
