I know.Just for a first comparison, I mount a test with a simple logic (open contact i0.0 -> single coil q0.0), and repeat it many times.Here is the result. Note: each character in the coment takes at least one byte in the load memory of the S7-1200 (butdoes not take place in work memory). Attachment Book1.zip (330 Downloads)

Therefore results are very dissapointing. S7-1200 seems to be fast and have more memory than S7-200, but program size can kill it in some applications where I was intending to use it instead of S7-300. Now I'll be more careful.
