Can you propose some program that could be used to quickly edit such files, would much appreciate it.

I have the same issue, my import only succeeds if I use the notepad to edit the files.

Tried Excel, LibreOffice, some CSV/TSV editors but nothing helped. When looking at the failed import file and original file in notepad there is literally no difference so I am curious where it actually fails..

As it has been commented the problem it is probably caused because this programs change the structure of the files.

As you I have been using notepad.
