the message you get is purely that the velocity you have given the TO to move with (either at the MC-command or within the control panel of the TO) is larger than the velocity you configured as the velocity limit.

All the rest (mechanics, drive parameters in the TO, etc.) is not of any importance for this message.

What is tricky at this point:
Your screenshots show the TO's parameter list. There you can see "Maximum velocity (dynamic limits)", but this is larger than the value you experience to be the limit.
But there is another velocity limit, that is not shown in the parameter list and not in the configuration view of the TO. To see this parameter, you need to open the technology object as DB (right-click on the TO -> Open as DB), then search for Base.Static.DynamicLimits.Velocity. Check the value of this parameter.
Important: Check the value of this parameter online on the PLC! So open the TO as DB, search for this parameter, then switch the editor to online view.

Very likely this value is set to what you experience to be the limit, and is not on its default value (1000000000000.0) anymore. If this is the case, then I'm sorry to say, but this means YOU have changed it, either in the DB-view manually or via your user program.
