Programming of pure sinusoidal waveform on Siemens servo motor for generating Oscillations on ball screw slide

I want to do oscillation on grinding tool mounted on servo slide with following servo system. CPU1510SP-1 PN (PLC) SINAMICS-S120-CU320-2PN (Control Unit) Input parameters are amplitude and velocity for oscillation. is someone work with such application? Thanks in Advance Anklesh

You can find it here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/92045367 This application allows to create sinusoidal signals with giving frequency and amplitude. The output signal can be interconnected to different setpoints (e.g. speed setpoint or additional torque or something else).
