Programming S7-300 with Raspberry Pi

Have you looked on the Rasberry Pi community forum, there are quite  a few discussions on connections to  S7 PLCs. These are mosty solutions for communications between the controllers, though.

Or perhaps the Snap7 library can provide a communiction alternative:

But I can find no information on creating a hardware configuration for a Siemens PLC through Rasberry PI.

Hi,

for creating and transfer HWConfig to a S7-300 PLC you need NCM Manager or Simatic Manager.
Both SW Packages are Windows based and no Linux derivat available.
If you run Windows on the raspberry then you can install this SW and create and download HWConfig.

Widows does not exist for Raspberry, only IoT version of Win 10, which not includes GUI, so I have to use Linux for it. If it doesnt work with Raspberry, I have to find another device.

  Is there any way of sending data from the Siemens S7-300 plc to a website or a mobile app through internet  using raspberry pi. I want to monitor the machine conditions through a mobile app and also it could be able to send notifications on any unstable condition.

Exchanging data (what you ask) and making a program change (what the original question asked) is two different things.

There are many ways to have the S7-300 exchange data with PC-like devices. Have a look at what (the links) Mr Chartier replied.
