Project opens all PDLs in German

When I'm working on ES01, everything is fine with this language. However, something strange occurse if I remove an OS project for editing to another ES, in my case ES02. I open the project on ES02, and for some reason all the pdls in the project opens with german as default language, i.e. all the text come up with ????. But if I create a new pdl in the project, the default language is set as english for this new one. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Regards R.
