I get a warning when I want to install a program on the touch screen.

only the profibus cable is connected on the screen.

Although I tried it differently, it just doesn't work.

The message you show in the screenshot is for information only.

What do you mean it pretends to do the loading from PC to HMI? Does it give a progress bar indicator that it is busy loading? Or does the progress bar never appear?

First compile your engineering design in WinCC. Make sure that the information of the compile action shows info / warning / error message. Resolve issues if there are any.
