Hi there, please have a look at following document: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24831707 It is descriping the realeased modules for PCS 7 7.0. I am able to find the CPU, so you should be able to configue it in PCS 7. I was not able to find the MLFB of the CP, I think you wrote down the wrong number, please check it. If your hardware is compatible with PCS 7, you should be able to expand your plant. If, for instance your hardware have a newer firmware than you can find in PCS 7 HW config, just place the older one, the hardware will workanyway (exept for functions only supported by new firmware). The rest is engineering...extend you HW config, adapt configuration, programm logic, compile OS, .... If everything is done right, there should be no problems for your plant.
