Hi rovist, Use High speed DO module 6ES7322-1BH10-0AA0. 16DO with high speed. Can you tell us more about your application and the number of I/Os? I may find another cheaper solution for you. Regards.

What module that should I have to used? FM351 or FM353 or FM354 or another else. And how to connect from servo drive to FM module? Thanks, Regards Robby
