Hello pooneh,

With S7-200 You have only 2 Output with 20KHz Pulse Output,
The following table shows the maximum pulse output frequency of the S7-200 CPUs with 24 V DC output A0.0 and A0.1:

How do you position a servo drive axis using the S7-200 pulse interface?

& With S7-300 you have to see which module you are using, also what type of load.
Let me know Which Module you are planing so I will tell you with Type of load.

Also check this: I'm looking for a really high speed digital output card (DO) For example, Siemens has a very high-speed boolean processor, which can be used either as part of a S7 system, or as a stand-alone unit, and it can give you pulse outputs lasting between 1 and 50 us (microseconds), programmable. But max. output current is 0,5 A per output; this is where a relay, high-speed of course, could help you out. Max. 2.5 kHz for fast outputs of S7-31xC CPUs. I think that S7-200 or S7-1200 will be a suitable solution for your case. Each family should have some advatages. This point is an advantage for S7-200.
