first my apology Murof because I am forger rule What do we need to solve your problem? for me.

I used panel the "TP700 Comfort" and TIA Advanced V13 SP1 v8. When said "VBscript" I think of the lower "tool" visualization Advanced and Flex. My another mistake.

I try created that arrow blink depending of  some value e.g. when speed 10m/s that blink every 0.4s and when speed 15m/s blink 0.7s, There are three arrow. When the first on other is off, the second on other off, when third on other off, and  so cyclically.
