Hi all,

I'm trying to make a script where I can show the actual value and the unit of measure in one IO field, for example 100 ºC, 50 mm, 10 s etc, but the unit is dynamic with the use of a text list.

I am using this in a faceplate, so the Text list is declared as a Resource List under Property interface and is called UnitOfMeasure. The index comes from a UDT tag also called UnitOfMeasure.

 This is what I have tried to do, but is obviously failing as of now.

let Unit = Tags("io_com.STS.Actual.UnitOfMeasure").Read();

Faceplate.Items("io_ActualValue").ProcessValue = HMIRuntime.Resources.TextLists(Faceplate.Properties.UnitOfMeasure).Item(Unit).Item(HMIRuntime.Language);

Faceplate.Items("io_ActualValue").OutputFormat = "{I}" + Faceplate.Items("io_ActualValue").ProcessValue;

 Anyone knows a solution?

I have found different topics, but in one topic the unit of measure is static instead of dynamic, and another does not quite describe the problem i am having

One small thing; is there an easy way to put a space between the value and unit? For now I have solved it by simply putting "{I}" + " " + unitText; which works just fine, but maybe there's an easier way.
