Hi forum, A new day, a new problem (or solution) "I would like to create a PWM controller for a motor. The motor is supplied with 24V DC from an external power source. The speed is controlled using a PWM signal. I need to be able to adjust the minimum, maximum, and everything in between using arrow keys. Can someone help me with this? I'm having trouble with the mapping between the counter value and the PWM. Attached is the initial draft of the program. Thanks in advance! Michel." Attachmentup down pwm.zip (14 Downloads) |

What speeds are we talking about here? What frequency does the mixer need? |

The motor runs between 0-4000 rpm. It's a ebm papst VDC-3-54.14 I have no clue how much the frequentie should be. We tried it with a frequentiegenerator and it rans smooth between 10-20 khz In annexe the catalog of the ebm papst (page 17-18) AttachmentEBM_Papst_VDC_3_54_14_Datasheet_20211229112513.pdf (19 Downloads) |
