so if I good understand, you make f.ex. in OB100 new transfer of needed/prefered configured data to instance DB and then call FB? This mechanism must work, simply before call your Communication blocks you need change needed data in instance DB of FB (cfg,...). Then when you call FBs they contain changed-right data as you need.

Yes, it is recommended that FB55 be called in OB 100, the S7-300 Start-Up OB. See the following document:

When using FB55, the following use cases must be distinguished:

● Standard application

call FB55 in the startup OB (OB100). When OB1 starts, the CP then already has its IP configuration and possibly also its connection configuration.

...

OB 100 is active before OB 1 (or any other block in the S7 program) so the CP would receive its IP address from FB55  at the power-up of the PLC.
