Hi , I know that for s7-1200 the S7 connection limit is fixed to 8; But I readed that this limit is relative to the simultaneous connections ; So I want to know if I create more than 8 connections, how I decide what is active and what not? In example , when I program the PLC to call a GET and then to disable the EN and REQ input, I notice that connection remains enabled;

Can someone explain me how can I disconnect the connections dinamically , to respect the limit of 8 maximum simultaneous connections?

 Yes, thank you; My question Is : If I have more than 8 connection in my connection list ( for example 16 connections from ID to 101 to 116) and I want to use for example only 8 of these connections concurrently using GET requests, then switch to the other 8 connections , what can I do? My plc is a s7 1200, and ll the 16 s7 remote servers are always on;

With GET/PUT instructions, you've and ID for each connection. You could call each connection in different time and receive the data from each.  But...

Maybe, on the Simatic net you couldn't create more connections between your CPU and the rest.
