Questions regarding cement batching plant

Dear All, I have working for converting a manual batching plant to Automation. I am planning to use S7 200 for this. I have suggested the PLC: CPU226AC/ DC/Relay: 6ES7 216-2BD23-0XB0 and analog module: EM231 Analog Input,8Inputs:6ES7 231-0HF22-0XA0 But I got there are existing load cell. That are not generating 4-20 ma. So, I can't connect these to PLC. I need total 4 load cell to connect with PLC. So, which module I need, to connect the Load cell to PLC? best solution (mandatory) for a concrete plant

using a weight indicator with analog output (0-4 ... 20ma, 0 ... 10V) to connect the load cells and use its analog output to drive the EM231.

Thanks for your information. I have some questions in regard of cement batching plant if you can help us.

For weighting system we use 4 load cell transducers with Modbus RTU output to connect them to s7-1200. Is it possible? I mean is it accurate and fast enough for reading weight?

For aggregate gates we use pneumatic air cylinder to open or close them? i wanted to know is that all that we have to do to control the weight? to have an approximate weight with max 10 kg error?

or should we design a PID loop in PLC to close the gate?
