Questions regarding F-PM-E

Failsafe Power module (F-PM-E) for ET200sp 6ES7136-6PA00-0BC0.

I am not sure for these 2 questions and if someone know or have a link, it will be great!

- Do the F-PM-E need an F-DI input for the safe power shutoff or can this be realized via Profisafe as well?

- Can Profisafe Modules also be placed after the F-PM-E?

Hallo Ivica,

The power module 6ES7136-6PA00-0BC0 don't need a F-DI for switch off the power.

1. Connect 24VDC on the terminal L+/N and after you have only to programm the safety output in a safety block.

2. After PME you need to use some standard module like :

6ES7132-6BF00-0CA0 8 output 0.5A

ES7132-6BD20-0BA0 4 output 2A

...

I know that we need place the standard DQ's module after F-PM-E! I think that we can use F-DQ's after F-PM-E as well!? 

You can see in instruction manual of the F-PM-E:

"With the fail-safe SIMATIC ET 200SP power module, safety-related groups of standard or fail-safe DQ modules can be switched off."
