QVZ timeout

S5 CPU keeps going into STOP showing QVZ and BSP LEDs.

In I stack cause of interrupt is listed as QVZ time out: due to direct I/O access with byte - NR 200

Can anyone help as to waht the cause of this may be?????

QVZ (Timeout from the periphery):
- It is a not addressed periphery byte has been addressed in the program or a peripheral module is not acknowledged.

The stack indicates that the program was stopped when the FB207 has been processed.
The FB 207 has just before the FB address 0064 (hex) an instruction may be accessed by the peripheral.
Please indicate the code of the FB 207.
