ramp function

I guess you haveto builda function (FC) to do such a thing
There are many ways to program such a function....
It could look like this example:
function ramp
setpoint :=MW20
ramp_up_ms := 500
ramp_down_ms:= 500
output := MW22

Setpoint is the value you want to sent to the valve (analog output).
Output is the limited value according to the required ramp settings.
Ramp_up and down are the ramp settings in milliseconds for a 100% change (0-100% in 500mS)With these in/output parameters you can calculate the maximum signal change per millisecond and multiply that with the actual CPU cycle time (=delta).Then you have to determine if the output has to go up or down, after that you canincrease or decrease the output value withdelta value.
