Ramp soak temperature control process

Hello Experts,

I'm beginner in ramp soak temperature control process. I'm using S7-1214 DC/DC/DC PLC & Tia portal v16 software. I found lgf_ramp instruction as a suggestion on this industry support section. But I don't know how to use it for following attached application.
