Hello, do you connect to your webnavigator server or webnavigator client? K!ke |

Hi Enia, As K!ke suggests between the lines, you need to install WebNavigator on its own Terminal Server next to the WinCC server. So you for example have OSSRV1 and TSWEBSRV1, where OSSRV1 is your wincc server and TSWEBSRV1 is your terminal server that your clients will RDP into and run WebNavigator from. See also: Decentralized Operation of SIMATIC WinCC with SIMATIC Thin Clients http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/28309119 for overview of the concept. |

Correct, that will be a problem. Using RDP this way will cause (can cause) these kind of issues. This is stated in the release notes/readme files + the link I gave earlier. This probably explains better: How can you access WinCC stations remotely? http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/78463889 |
