Hi, Hope some one can help me, I have moved into a property with 2 RDS110 smart thermostats, i believe they are already linked to an account for the previous occupant of the property. How do I get them removed from that account so I can use them, at the moment I have little control of the heating system lol. Dear Danny, The previous owner should cancel the account normally. You may be could ask them to cancel the account. You can always contact the local Siemens Customer Support to cancel the account. They are glad to help you. Please use the Support Request wizard under: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/my/srm?lc=en-WW You have to mention the activation key. You may use the forum feature “private message” in "My forum" to send the activation key with some information which confirms that you are the new “owner” of the Smart Thermostats.
