Hi,

I'm about to test the Sinema server v13. I had set  up a scan of the complete network giving me far to many devices so I deleted most of the devices from the Overall status\Local view. Now it looks like the system refuses to re-detect the devices I would like to see after cleaning up the scan ranges. Can somebody help me?

Can you give us an Example which "wrong" Devices you can see?

Are this devices which are not in this network or are this devices in the network but not activated at the time of scanning?

(Perhaps a screenshot could say more)

Do you use the Service pack 1 vor Sinema Server 2013?

An "Undelete device"- button is simply what I'm looking for.

I'm using Sinema 13 SP 1.

Hopefully attached document describes the problem better.

This is devices that was deleted from Sinema but should'n been deleted.

Hi,

Had to restore from backup. I think that forget to delete historical data when deleting a device, is not a good idea.
