Dear All,

am having a s7-200 smart plc (ST30) with IE LAN port and ktp400 basic color pn HMI.

I want the hmi to read date and time of plc.

currently i tried using "read rtc" instruction in plc and "date/time plc" in hmi but no use.

please see the attached images for more info on what i did till now, in HMI.Jpeg image when i click on date/time it says that "date/time plc" and "date/time" cannot be set at on time.

can any1 please help me with this.

Hello friend,

KTP400 HMI we cant edit date &time from control pannel settings.And In KTP400 basic, it doesnot synchronise with area pointer

So to sycronise Date & Time of HMI with PLC. First u can set Date & Time of plc by using SET RTC, and then synchronise PLC date & time with HMI using JOB MAILBOX.
