READ_DBL---WRIT_DBL

Mrsunday Regular Member Joined: 10/28/2011 Last visit: 8/3/2023 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello in a cpu 1214, with the latest upgrade installed is possible to copy or write a entire DB from the "only store memory"? I have a DB composed by many arrays. When I use the function (read or write DB) I can not assigne the entire DB in the SCRBLK or DSTBLOCK, only a single array. Do I'm making a mistake? There is any other set up? [snip] ... thanks in advance

Due the small size of the ritentive memory I have to use this function and is not so nice to copy every single array or to create a big array that include all the data. many thanks in advance. TIP: pay attention to doesn't save data to SD too frequently, because it could lead to premature end of live of it.

Olgierd Experienced Member Joined: 4/1/2013 Last visit: 9/7/2023 Posts: 22 Rating: (3)	FYI, READ_DBL call in SCL won't compile any longer in V13SP1 update 7. It still works from FBD/LAD. Reported to Siemens - hopefully someday it will get fixed. Olgierd
