Aristotelis Posts: 147 Rating: (34)	Hi Alex I would expect some kind of OPC functionality to be used if one wants to read tags in a .NET application. There are OPC servers that act as the middle layer between the PLC data and higher level IT applications, such as excel etc. Depending on the PLC used, you can use OPC server (for S7-300/400 and - unofficially - S7-1200) or PC Access (if using an S7-200). As far as I can tell, this functionality will be independent of the WinCC Flex. Hope this helps Aristotelis
