Dear Expert, I need to read data record of analog input channel 0 (Flow Meter) of Hart AI module with logical address IW512 using SFC 58 & SFC 59. I am getting a reply in Byte 0=B#16#03 of DB 109 & sometimes Byte 0=B#16#07, Byte 1=B#16#52, Byte 2=B#16#84. Please help I have attached my program & HW configuration for proper understanding of my problem.

Hi OSNAT Please take care of these limitations: What restrictions are there for active jobs when communicating with SFC 58 / SFC 59 and SFB 52 / SFB 53 via PROFIBUS DP and PROFINET IO? Note SFC 58 "WR_REC" is used to write the data records
To get the meaning of data records in a specific module, you should check the manual of the module(AI) like attachment and also arrange e.g UDT as shown in attachment for frequent use. Regards Attachmentsfc59.zip (1083 Downloads) |
