[Hello Ahmed; Is this manual refering to the DIRIS powermeter Ethernet interfaceyou will be working with? http://www.socomec.com/webdav/site/Socomec/shared/SCP/6_gestion_energie/diris/diris_a40/536181A_GB.pdf Then yes, as it states it can act as a Modbus/TCP server for the DIRIS,you could use the OpenModbus/TCP package for CP 343-1, to connect to the PLC as client: How can you establish OPEN MODBUS / TCP communication from a SIMATIC S7 and where can you find further information? Alternatively, you could use the WinCC Modbus TCP channel to collect data from your WinCC v. 7.0 application. Here is an example of how you can configure these exchanges, in this case with a Siemens Pac Powermeter: Displaying values of the SENTRON PAC3200 / PAC4200 in WinCC 7.0 SP1 via Ethernet Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
