reading tags in hmi comfort 1200TP

hello all

I have a problem with reading tags in HMI comfort panel (1200TP) that connected to S7 1200 plc. every change in plc  in one cycle will be displayed on hmi, for example if pump first start in plc and then be stopped  because of interlock, hmi will show both start and stop situation, i must add that i dont have this problem in s7 300 plc, i expect that tags will be read in end of plc cycle.any help will be appreciated

I suppose this is not possible because the HMI Communication is complete asynchronous an has nothing to do with the PLC cycle. You cannot use a exacltly cycle communicaiton with HMI and Siemens PLCs.

I also have the same problem, it occurs only when I use S7-1200 instead of S7-300.

BTW whats the sulotion?

have you proved your update cycle of your HMI tags? The problem could be there.

 Thanks for your answer cumulus, what do you mean with "proved your update cycle" ,  we tested continues cycle , operation update tag, do you mean something different from update cycle method ?
