reading tags in wincc and save the values on a txt file

This is what I used and could possibly help you as a start

'WinCC_Tag will the TAg Configured that you want to read

FileValue =HMIRuntime.Tags("WinCC_Tag").Read

Dim fso, tf

Set fso = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
Set tf = fso.CreateTextFile("C:\Program Files\Siemens\WinCC\bin\File.txt", True)
tf.WriteLine(FileValue )
tf.Close



Or if you want ot add more than one line

'Create a group to read the wincc tags

Dim Grp
Set Grp = HMIRuntime.Tags.CreateTagSet
Grp.Add "TAG1"
Grp.Add "TAG2"
Grp.Add "TAG3"
Grp.Add "TAG4"
Grp.Read

'This will write four lines to the file
