So you need a cyclic OB that runs once a minute, checks if it is 03.00, 03.30, 11.00, 11.30, 19.00, or 19.30, and either set or reset an alarm bit? Sounds great as long as your PLC has correct local time and is not powered off for very long without a means to reset the time.
