I want to send and receive data to PC based software using UDP protocol of s7-1200 plc.

Please share, How to configure the TCON,TUSEND AND TURECV Blocks for the same.

What PC parameters I should know for this communication?

Be careful thou, because you will have to make some changes regarding TCON_PAR parameters, maybe 2-3 of them... go to online help for TIA where all these stuffs are perfectly explained.

In case you have some troubles, post all pictures which should help us understand your problem.

 Hello Janko! I saw the you use a local variable to scan for a positive edge and that does not work very well! You have to use global memory flags.

 If I understood well, you are talking about #v3 variable which is defined as temp variable in OB1 var section... It is completely irrelevant if you declare it local temp or global static as long as "Block".var2 is static (global in this case).

In my understanding #v3 has to be static, because she is going to retain the last state of your variable. If it is temp it will not retain the correct value and will be initialized with a unknown value.

 You always have a possibility to preset your variable no matter if it's static or temp. Furthermore, I've been using Ethernet for about 2-3 weeks for communicating with third party CPU and I've never encountered any kind of problem regarding, #v3... It clearly doesn't mean that you are wrong, simply until it continues to work correctly I'll not be convinced by your statement. I'll tell you if something different occurs during next days
