Dear Sirs,

why in a ANSI C script reading  a datetime value from an internal tag and saving it in a Recipe result in a wrong time?

If I copy the datetime field back to an internal tag the time is correct, but in a recipe view, its wrong.

Last acces datetime is correct instead.

SYSTEMTIME datetime_inizio;

SYSTEMTIME datetime_fine;

// getting the value to be stored

datetime_inizio=GetTagDateTime("InProd_Inizio");

datetime_fine=GetTagDateTime("InProd_Fine");

// store the value

if (uaArchiveSetFieldValueDate ( hArchive,2, &datetime_inizio ) == TRUE );

// get back to tag the stored value

Stored result are forwarded by an hour. Time settings on the PC are correct.

Why the readed value from the archive are correctly diplayed in the internal tag?

News: Windows 10 has updated it self version 1607 build 14393.1715

Now when I go to Project > Archive it add the correct date to file name 

But recipe data are still wrong, recorded time is 2 hours later than real, Clock  widget is showing the correct date.

Why this happen? How to fix?

Ansi C GetSystemTime(&mytag):  05/10/2017 12:35:03

A wild guess, but from the fine manual:

"If the current time is needed to pass a SYSTEMTIME- parameter, use the GetLocalTime

function and not GetSystemTime.. There is usually a considerable difference between these

two functions."

You are experiencing UTC... and locale time/system time

I would be happy to use that function but in ANSI C script if I add:

GetLocalTime(&ora);

I get:

Included: #pragma code("kernel32.dll"), removed UAC but  still unable to use GetLocalTime

Can please someone say me if it's my installation that have serious issues or the "GetLocalTime" is missing in Tia v14 SP1 Upd2?

Just for anyone else that has come across this and is struggling....

There is no GetLocalTime function in wincc, it is a kernel32 function that needs to be added using pragma code. 

Online help for this is poor unless you are very familiar with C Script. The examples given are code snippets that need to be included within another function. It took me several hours to get a result.
