Recipe problem

Diamono Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, Actually i'm working with s7-1200 e i should create a series of movements to operate with electric cylinder. I thought to use the recipe and create some data records so that i can change the parameters to show different operation. Ok...set every thing both plc and HMI panel. Once time the elements are uploaded whitout problem. Now after first once time my problem is: when i want to select an other data record. In the command table it showed elements are changed but really the cylinder doesn't do what i want. Can you help me? Others suggestions. Thanks a lot Dia P.s: i've just tried to pencil in (and not to) the slot for "coordination" with area pointer but the result is always the same.

Could you provide us with printscreens or detailed information of your implementation ? You should expleain what do you use in your SW for better troubleshooting. Regards.

What type of motion controller are you using.. perhaps the internal motion control? I have a feeling that your issue is in the implementation of your concept. If you are not doing so already, please consider using the PLC's built-in motion control blocks. If it is practicle for your application is an open question. I have a positive feeling that the motion control' s Command Table will be helpful to you. I recommend for you to have a look at the CE-X7 example..[LINK] With more information (the more visual.. the better) the guys can be more helpful. Greetings. w
