Recipes upload to PLC automaticly

The recipe is chosen from plc by recipe number and in right time I set bit to upload it to plc. However if I change value in any element the hmi uploads recipe to plc automaticly. I found similar problem for wincc flex. /tf/WW/en/Posts/84038 but i dont have the setting for synchronization applied. What can be wrong? In attachement screen from tia.
