Recovery DVD image download for IPC377E?

Dear Experts,

Does anybody know how/where can I obtain (download) an ISO image of the Windows 7 Recovery DVD for IPC377E (6AV7230-0CA20-2BA0)?

Yes, I know that it is supposed to be included with the product inside the original IPC377E  box.

However, this unit has come as part of the machine at our customer's site. No original packaging boxes or Siemens DVDs or other materials are available. Unfortunately, the 1TB SATA HDD inside the unit has suddenly broken down and no data can be recovered from it. So, it would need to be replaced with a new HDD.

I have read the IPC377E manual here and I would like to follow the steps to recover the system to recover the unit (with a new HDD) to the Factory Default condition. I just need the Recovery DVD disk.

Is it possible to download the DVD image from SIOS site or should I open a Support Request?
Otherwise, are there any other ways to proceed? 

Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

I would really NOT like to install regular Windows 7 from Microsoft's DVD and then worry about installing all the require drivers, as well as SIEMENS WinCC RT and other software separately.

PS. As far as I know, the same Recovery DVD is supplied (and could be used) for other IPC IPC3x7E models, such as IPC327E and IPC347E.

you must open a support request to get the download link for the Recover DVD

 I did that and the SIEMENS Support had given me download access to the Recovery DVD ISO image (Windows 10). That ISO image did install Win10 nicely on the IPC377E system. But I had to go  through some additional finalization steps to get the our IPC377E work as planned. But this could be a topic for a separate post.
