I work with PLC 1212C DC/DC/DC V2.1 on TIA portal V13 and i would like connect my PLC to my HMI Red Lion G306A. I configure PLC on RedLion software. In fact software not support S7-1200 so i add S7-300 and i don't know how to use GET and PUT bloc on TIA, I read a lot of topic but none talk about RedLion HMI.

Help me pleaseeeeee

If they do not have a driver or server for S71200, then you cannot use it.  Get and Put are meaningless for this.  Driver for S7300 is different.  I'm surprised Red Line does not support the 1200 (are you sure about that?).

HMI extracts data from the PLC, The PLC is a passive partner that simply makes the data available.

Update:

I had a quick look at the G3 and there is a PROFIBUS GSD file available.  This means that you can connect PROFIBUS to the G3 RS485 port.  You will need to add a PROFIBUS (master) card to your PLC.

that option TCP/IP Master with TIA TAG import looks like a solution, it looks like other brand OPs what I had connected to S7-1200 via Ethernet port. For first must be TAG structure imported to OP via some option in menu, look for documentation pls to OP.

Yes jeff, now I think also for Modbus connection (due my experience with other brand OPs), so probably Modbus can be implemented (TCP). El Turc look also for this option.

I remember way back when Wonderware released their H1(S5)  driver for Intouch.  I was the guinea pig.  We worked with them and did all of our HMI with Intouch instead of that (choke choke) abomination that was COROS.

Still can't get rid of that puking taste when I think of COROS.
