Reduce the Spindle speed

I need to run the Spindle at only 200 rpm max when I load the Milling head ( so I need to lock max rpm as 200). Is it possible to Reduce the Spindle Speed with one input that head is loaded.How?

Hello, I have used DB35.DBX3.6 Signal & Set 35160 = 10 RPM, When i Activate this DB signal and Start the Spindle Motor , spindle Rotates at 10 RPM @100% Speed Overide.
