Redundant OPC UA server

And I want to restrict write access from OPC UA clients. 1. If I use OPC UA server as part of WinCC Professional V15.1 (TIA Portal), I can do it redundant, but I can not restrict write access. 2. If I use OPC UA server as part of Simatic Net software, I can resrict write access, but I can not do it redundant. What should I do to fulfill both requirements?

In versions 13+ redundancy option is not present in configuration.
