Hi, In simatic shell on the OS server 1 and 2, you should select the network adapter to be used as redundancy bus. Next you should open the WinCC project on the server and configure the redundancy settings under: "Redundancy" in WinCC Explorer. There you can set the redundancy network adapter. However, this is not the root cause of your problem. Normally you create a PC station with a WinCC application. If you have a redundant server, you create a new PC station with WinCC application (Standby). Set the option: "Computer name identical to PC station name" and enter the correct PC name in the SIMATIC PC Station settings for each OS server. When you compiled the OS, you would download the master server and after it's finished, you have to download the standby server by using PLC->Download. From you post, it seems that you copied the project from master to standby by yourself... at least this is what I understand. |
If I could help you, you can use the RATE button. Thank you. |

Hi cristian021091, is it possible that you start the runtime of the server project on the ES, maybe for testing something? If yes it could explain the strange behavior. If yes, the FAQ What should you do if the OS server project is taken online by mistake on the ES? should help. With regards |
